The initial sales person assisted me in getting the order placed, she was on maternity leave when the vehicle was delivered. John took over as the sales person, he made sure the dealer options were installed and the vehicle was ready for pickup. He even went to bat for me to get more for my trade-in. Marc, the finance guy, took care of the paperwork and even made a great deal on the Ford extended warranty. I was introduced to the service department personnel and will be bringing the vehicle to Rockwall Ford Service Department while the vehicle is under warranty.
