Ricardo was very helpful. My car was in the shop for 4-5 days. I was constantly calling and asking when I would have it back. Ricardo answered my questions patiently and continued to give me updates. He worked to get the parts for the repair as quickly as possible and worked with me on the price of the repair. The car has been running great ever since.
