This is the first time I have been to Bob Howard Acura in Oklahoma City. I pulled in and I wasn't sure where I needed to enter for the service area for an oil change. Jason immediately helped me. I did arrive when no other customers were getting an oil change so my car was taking back instantly. Jason was absolutely great! All I needed was an oil change and he was very helpful and got my car back immediately. He did not try to tell me I needed several other things done or replaced with my car which I absolutely appreciate. There are some dealerships that really try to push those up sales. I also have a plastic piece on my driver seat that is broken and needs to be replaced. I asked Jason if they could order that part. He immediately had the parts department look up the part, (which took less than five minutes), and I was given that information. I was also told they could get the part the same day from their distributor. They said they could replace this part on my seat. Since I live pretty far away they asked when the next time I would be back. It would not really be until my next oil change. Jason provided me his number and just suggested I call a few days ahead of time so they could get the part in. This was a wonderful customer experience. I already love my Acura but I really love their service department at Bob Howard Acura.
