Dean Ron is THE most professional Service Writer I have ever met. His salt and pepper good looks know NO bounds. I'm pretty sure Dean is a firefighter doctor pilot in his spare time. Dean could change my spare by lifting the vehicle with his bare hands, no gloves or tools needed. Dean should definitely be the highest paid employee in the service department. I'll only come back because of Dean, maybe Glen too
