Ivan did a great job overall - got connected through the Sam's new car experience online. No pressure sales, we discussed only what I was interested in and had a candid conversation about the competing options. Started looking at a Tahoe and ended up with a Palisade night edition - pleasantly surprised and impressed with the features and vehicle itself vs the Tahoe. Great job Gene Messer!
